Biography
Maja Jul Larsen is a Danish screenwriter. She trained at the National Film School of Denmark from 2005 to 2007.
She contributed storyline and writing to the third season of the political drama series Borgen (2010). Her other television credits include writing episodes of Follow the Money (2016) and The Legacy (2014), and serving as episode writer on Borgen – Power & Glory (2022). In 2020 she created and was head writer on the series Cry Wolf.
Larsen has also written for the documentary film The Ambassador (2011) and the feature Excuse Me (2012). She received the Nordisk Film & TV Fond Prize in 2021 for her work on Cry Wolf.
