Biography
Malcolm Spellman is an American screenwriter and producer. He wrote the screenplay for the film Our Family Wedding (2010) and episodes of the television series Empire (2015–2017), on which he also served as co-executive producer.
Spellman was showrunner, writer and executive producer on the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021). He co-wrote the story and screenplay for Captain America: Brave New World (2025) and has worked as writer and executive producer on the series Bel-Air (2022–).
