Biography
Mandy Matthews is a Scottish actress. She played Anne Gillespie, known as Ma, in Lynne Ramsay's 1999 film Ratcatcher.
Her screen debut came in the 1989 television film Dream Baby as Sheena. Subsequent credits include the series Cardiac Arrest (1994–1996) as student nurse Pam Charnley, Looking After Jo Jo (1998) and Tinsel Town (2000) as Sandra Taylor. She won the Best Actress award at the Bratislava International Film Festival for her performance in Ratcatcher.
