Biography
Marc Firek is a television writer and producer. He began his career as a staff writer on the animated series Family Guy (1999), contributing to 13 episodes between 2001 and 2002, and received a writing credit for the episode 'Ready, Willing, and Disabled' (2001).
He went on to write episodes for series including In-Laws (2002), Like Family (2003), Out of Practice (2005), 'Til Death (2006) and Rules of Engagement (2007). Firek co-created the sitcoms Mr. Sunshine (2011) and Schooled (2019), serving as executive producer on both, and worked as a writer and producer on The Goldbergs (2013) across multiple seasons. He later contributed as a consulting producer and writer on Not Dead Yet (2023).
