Biography
Marco Alessi is a British film director and writer based in London. They are known for directing short films including Four Quartets (2018), Pompeii (2019), toni_with_an_i (2019), Saintmaking (2021) and The Bower (2022). Several of these screened at festivals such as the Berlinale and BFI London Film Festival, and toni_with_an_i received a BAFTA nomination.
Alessi directed one episode of the BBC Three sitcom Such Brave Girls (2023), created by and starring Kat Sadler.
