Biography
Marco Sgrosso is an Italian actor. He was born in Naples in 1960 and graduated in 1983 from the Scuola di Teatro di Bologna directed by Alessandra Galante Garrone.
From 1985 to 1999 he was a member of Leo de Berardinis’s stable company. In 1993 he co-founded the company Le belle bandiere with Elena Bucci. His film roles include Nico in Call Me by Your Name (2017), Absirto in Médée miracle (2007) and appearances in films by Tonino De Bernardi and Raúl Ruiz.
Sgrosso has received several theatre awards, including the ETI Olimpici del Teatro prize in 2007 for Le smanie per la villeggiatura.
