Biography
Marcus Miller is an American composer, multi-instrumentalist, arranger and producer. Born William Henry Marcus Miller Jr. on 14 June 1959 in Brooklyn, New York, he is best known for his work as a bassist but has more than 200 film and television credits as a composer and musician.
His television work includes composing theme music and additional music for the series Everybody Hates Chris (2005–2009). Film scores include Marshall (2017). He has received two Grammy Awards, for Best Rhythm & Blues Song (1991) and Best Contemporary Jazz Album (2001).
