Biography
Marcus Mortimer is a British director and producer. He was born on 14 March 1954.
He directed three episodes of the first series of Jonathan Creek (1997). His other directing credits include the mini-series In the Red (1998), the television film Bostock's Cup (1999) and episodes of Dad (1997). As a producer he worked on My Hero (2000–2006) and earlier series including The 10%ers (1994). He is a company director at Big Bear Films.
Mortimer won a BAFTA Television Award in 1998 for Best Drama Series.
