Biography
Margaret Kerry (born Margaret McCarty, later Peggy Lynch) was an American actress, dancer and voice artist. She began performing as a child in the 1930s, appearing in Our Gang shorts and other films under her early stage name.
She is best known for her work on the 1953 Disney animated film Peter Pan, in which she provided the live-action reference model and movements for Tinker Bell and voiced a mermaid (uncredited). Other credits include appearances in If You Knew Susie (1948) and episodes of The Andy Griffith Show (1960).
Kerry later worked in voice-over, radio production and hosting. She died on 11 June 2026.
