Biography
Margaret Wright (11 January 1917 – 20 August 1999) was an American actress. Born in New York City, she provided the uncredited voice of Casey Jr. in the Disney animated film Dumbo (1941), using a Sonovox device. She also voiced the character and appeared as herself in The Reluctant Dragon (1941).
She contributed uncredited voice work to other Disney shorts, including Three Orphan Kittens (1935) and Golden Eggs (1941). Later credits include an appearance as herself in the documentary The Life and Times of Rosie the Riveter (1980) and the role of Mary Jenkins in I'll Be Home for Christmas (1998). She died in Los Angeles.
