Biography
Margareta Lagerqvist is a Swedish film and television editor. Born in 1972 in Ångermanland, she trained at Nordens Folkhögskola Biskops-Arnö (1992–1994) and the film editing programme at Stockholms dramatiska högskola (2001–2004).
She is known for her work on the series The Bridge (2011) and Wallander (2005–2006). Other credits include episodes of Quicksand (2019), for which she shared the Edit-priset for best edited TV series with Thomas Lagerman, Rig 45 (2018–2020), Thunder in My Heart (2023) and the films Storm (2022) and Så länge hjärtat slår (2024).
