Biography
Mari Kornhauser is an American screenwriter, director and producer. She holds an MFA in screenwriting from UCLA and has taught in the creative writing programme at Louisiana State University since 2005.
Her screen credits include the feature films Zandalee (1991), on which she also served as co-producer, F.T.W. (1994), on which she was associate producer, and Housebound (2000), which she wrote and directed. From 2010 to 2012 she was a staff writer on the HBO series Treme, contributing teleplays and stories for seasons two and three, including the episode "Slip Away".
