Biography
Mariane Plasteig is a French actress, stunt performer and writer. She is credited as the Waitress in Richard Linklater's Before Sunset (2004).
Her other acting credits include the television series Blague à part (2000–2003) and films such as La fabrique des sentiments (2008) and Maoussi (2024), in which she also wrote dialogue. She performed stunts on R.A.I.D. Special Unit (2016) and Anna (2019).
