Biography
Mario Alarcón is an Argentine actor born on 24 June 1945 in Rosario, Santa Fe. He developed his career in Buenos Aires, training at the actors' workshop of the Teatro Nacional Cervantes and joining the Comedia Nacional ensemble.
He is known for his role as Judge Fortuna Lacalle in The Secret in Their Eyes (2009). Other film credits include A Place in the World (1992), Sultans of the South (2007), The Heist of the Century (2020) and 10 Days Without Mom (2017). He has appeared in television series such as Los simuladores (2002) and Casados con Hijos (2005), and maintains an extensive theatre career.
