Biography
Mario Conocchia was an Italian actor. He appeared in several films directed by Federico Fellini.
His screen debut came in La dolce vita (1960), in which he played a lawyer (uncredited). He returned in 8½ (1963) as Conocchia, the production manager, a role in which he was dubbed by Mario Carotenuto. Further appearances included La mia signora (1964), Giulietta degli spiriti (1965) as a lawyer, Il morbidone (1965), and an uncredited part in Ginger e Fred (1986). He also provided uncredited Italian voice dubbing for Gore Vidal in Roma (1972).
He was the father of voice actress Luisella Visconti, who died in 1967.
