Biography
Marion Stalens is a French actress, director and still photographer. She appeared as the veterinarian in Krzysztof Kieślowski's Three Colors: Red (1994) and as Marion in Leos Carax's The Lovers on the Bridge (1991). Her other acting credits include a neighbour in I Can't Sleep (1994) and Sarah in The Man Inside (1990).
Stalens trained as an actress and performed for around ten years with the troupe du Chapeau Rouge. Her parents were both theatre directors. She is the sister of actress Juliette Binoche and has worked extensively as a still photographer on films, including those featuring her sister. She has also directed documentaries and short films broadcast on French television channels such as France 2, France 3 and Arte.
