Biography
Mark Conte is an American film and television editor. He began working in the editorial department in the late 1970s, with early credits including assistant editor roles on Who'll Stop the Rain (1978) and On Golden Pond (1981).
Conte has edited numerous feature films, including Under Fire (1983), Turner & Hooch (1989), Double Impact (1991), Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot (1992), Posse (1993), Fluke (1995) and The 6th Day (2000). His television work includes episodes of Person of Interest, Lethal Weapon and Manifest. He is the son of actor and director Richard Conte and actress Ruth Storey. He received a BAFTA nomination for editing Under Fire.
