Biography
Mark Lewis is an Australian documentary filmmaker, director, producer and writer. He directed Cane Toads: An Unnatural History (1988), a film about the introduction of cane toads to Australia, and later returned to the subject with Cane Toads: The Conquest (2010).
His other directing credits include The Wonderful World of Dogs (1990), Rat (1998) and The Natural History of the Chicken (2000). He served as second unit director on the feature film Little Women (1994) and appeared as himself in the documentary Man on Wire (2008). Lewis was active from the late 1970s until around 2010.
