Biography
Mark Rizzo is a writer and producer working in film and television. He contributed to Disney Television Animation's Gravity Falls (2012–2016) as a writer and story editor, with credits on episodes including 'Soos and the Real Girl', 'Northwest Mansion Mystery' and the series finale 'Weirdmageddon 3: Take Back the Falls'. He received an Annie Award nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Writing for the finale.
Rizzo wrote for the Netflix animated series Green Eggs and Ham (2019–2022) and served as co-producer on its first two seasons; the first season earned a Producers Guild Award nomination for Outstanding Children's Program and a Daytime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Writing for an Animated Program. His feature credits include the screenplay for Champions (2023). He was born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
