Biography
Mark Strand is a television editor. He edited 11 episodes of the series The Pitt (2025–2026), including the pilot, and received an American Cinema Editors Eddie Award for Best Edited Drama Series and an Astra TV Award for his work on the programme. He was also nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Picture Editing for a Drama Series.
Strand has edited numerous episodes of Animal Kingdom (2017–2022), Shameless (2017–2020), Rizzoli & Isles (2012–2016) and Longmire (2013–2014). He has also directed episodes of Animal Kingdom and Rizzoli & Isles. He is based in Los Angeles and has more than 25 years of experience in scripted television.
