Biography
Mark Wilding is an American television writer and producer. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1979 with a degree in economics.
Wilding wrote twelve episodes of Grey's Anatomy (2005–2012) and served as co-executive producer and executive producer on the series, for which he received two Primetime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Drama Series and shared a Writers Guild of America Award for Best New Series. His other writing credits include episodes of Charmed (1998), Good Girls (2018), Scandal (2012), Ellen (1994), Becker (1998) and Jake 2.0 (2003). He has also produced for several of these series and more recent projects including Sheriff Country (2025).
