Biography
Mark Wright is a New Zealand actor, voice artist, writer and comedic entertainer. A graduate of Toi Whakaari NZ Drama School in 1985, he has worked extensively in theatre, appearing with every professional company in New Zealand and touring Australasia. He is an international Theatresports champion and has performed in productions including The Rocky Horror Show, Bouncers and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
On screen he has appeared in numerous television series, including multiple roles on Shortland Street, and provided voices for several Power Rangers entries such as Power Rangers Megaforce and Power Rangers Dino Charge. His film credits include Her Majesty, Alex and A Minecraft Movie (2025), in which he played the HR Person. He has won two New Zealand Film and Television awards for best performance.
