Biography
Marston Bloom is a British television writer. He previously worked as an actor, appearing in series such as The Knock and films including Stalag Luft (1993).
Bloom studied English at Oxford University. His acting career included roles at the Royal Shakespeare Company and the National Theatre alongside Ian McKellen, as well as appearances at the Donmar Warehouse. He later transitioned to writing, creating the series Harley Street (2008) and contributing episodes to Hustle (2009), Vera (2013), New Tricks (2012–2015), Marcella (2016), Rellik (2017) and Spotless (2015).
He wrote all episodes and served as executive producer on the Netflix series Selection Day (2018–2019) and created and wrote the mini-series The Reunion (2022).
