Biography

Martha O'Driscoll was an American actress whose film career spanned the late 1930s to 1947. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she began as a child model and dancer before appearing in supporting roles and B-movies, including The Lady Eve (1941) as Martha, Reap the Wild Wind (1942) as Ivy Devereaux, and House of Dracula (1945) as Miliza Morelle.

She is also noted for playing Daisy Mae in Li'l Abner (1940). O'Driscoll retired from acting after her second marriage in 1947 to Chicago businessman Arthur I. Appleton.
