Biography
Maryam d'Abo is an English actress. She trained at Drama Centre London after deciding on an acting career at the age of eleven.
She made her screen debut in Xtro (1982) and appeared in White Nights (1985) before starring as Kara Milovy opposite Timothy Dalton in the James Bond film The Living Daylights (1987). Other credits include Tales from the Crypt (1989), The Prince & Me 2: The Royal Wedding (2006) and Dorian Gray (2009).
In 2003 she married director Hugh Hudson; the marriage lasted until his death in 2023. She produced and appeared in the 2002 documentary Bond Girls Are Forever.
