Biography
Masaki Suda, also credited as Taishō Sugō (菅生 大将), is a Japanese actor and singer. He was born on 21 February 1993 in Minoh, Osaka Prefecture.
Suda began his career in the late 2000s and gained prominence with his role in the tokusatsu series Kamen Rider W (2010). He has appeared in numerous films and television series, including Assassination Classroom (2015), Gintama (2017), The Asadas! (2020), Cube (2021) and Cloud (2024). He provided the voice of the Gray Heron in Hayao Miyazaki's The Boy and the Heron (2023).
Suda won the Japan Academy Film Prize for Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role for Wilderness (2017). He is also known for his music career, with his debut single released in 2017.
