Biography
Matilda Lawler is an American actress born on 8 September 2008. She began her professional career in theatre as a child and made her Broadway debut in The Ferryman (2018).
Lawler is best known for portraying young Kirsten in the HBO Max miniseries Station Eleven (2021–2022). She has also played Flora in the film Flora & Ulysses (2021), Betty in the Disney+ series The Santa Clauses (2022–2023), and Frances Montgomery in The Gilded Age (2022–). Other credits include roles in Evil (2019–2021) and The Block Island Sound (2020).
Her parents, Matthew and Mara Lawler, are actors. Lawler has received nominations for a Gotham Award for Station Eleven, a Children's and Family Emmy Award for The Santa Clauses, and a Screen Actors Guild Award as part of the ensemble of The Gilded Age.
