Biography
Matt Ford is an Australian screenwriter. He has written episodes for numerous television series, including three episodes of the science-fiction series Farscape (2001–2002), on which he also served as script editor.
His other credits include episodes of Stingers (2002–2004), Love Is a Four-Letter Word (2001), Dance Academy (2010), My Life Is Murder (2019) and Bloom (2020). He has also written for Sea Patrol, Satisfaction, Lockie Leonard and more recent series such as Underbelly: Vanishing Act (2022) and Warnie (2023). Ford has worked as a producer on some projects and received an AFI Award nomination for best screenplay in television.
Ford is also a musician, performing under the stage name Pinky Beecroft as lead singer and keyboardist with the band Machine Gun Fellatio.
