Biography
Matthew Moore is an Australian director and writer. He graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 1998.
Moore has directed episodes of the series The Great (2021–2023), Colin from Accounts (2022), Outlander: Blood of My Blood (2025) and Two Weeks in August (2026). He also served as a staff writer on The Great. His earlier credits include directing on Home and Away, Bump and Diary of an Uber Driver.
His short films Julian (2012) and The Amber Amulet (2013) won Crystal Bears at the Berlin International Film Festival. He has received nominations from the Australian Directors Guild for his television work.
