Biography
Matthew Putland is an Australian production designer. His feature film credits include Jungle (2017), Predestination (2014), Winchester (2018), Goldstone (2016), Mystery Road (2013) and The Portable Door (2023). He has also worked on television series including Harrow (2018–2019), Tidelands (2018), Territory (2024) and The Artful Dodger (2023).
Putland has collaborated repeatedly with directors the Spierig brothers on Predestination and Winchester, for which he received an AACTA award and an APDG award for production design. Earlier credits include art direction on San Andreas (2015) and set decoration on Scooby-Doo (2002) and Daybreakers (2009).
