Biography
Max Brown is an English actor born on 10 February 1981 in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. He spent most of his childhood in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, and began performing in local theatre there as a child. His television debut came in 2001 in the series Grange Hill.
Brown is known for his roles as Edward Seymour in The Tudors (2008–2010) and as Dimitri Levendis in the final two series of Spooks (2010–2011). Other television credits include Beauty and the Beast (2012–2013) as Evan Marks, Downton Abbey (2019) as Richard Ellis, and appearances in Foyle's War, Casualty and Mistresses. His film work includes Turistas (2006) and Flutter (2011).
