Biography
Max Searle is a television writer and producer. His credits include writing episodes of Only Murders in the Building (2025), Based on a True Story (2024), Chad (2024), Neon (2023), The Wonder Years (2021–2023), DAVE (2020–2021), The Ranch (2016–2020), Lady Dynamite (2016) and Two and a Half Men (2012–2015).
As a producer he has worked on the same series, serving as co-executive producer on Only Murders in the Building (2025) and DAVE (2020–2021), executive producer on Neon (2023) and The Ranch (2019–2020), and in other producer roles on earlier seasons of The Ranch and Two and a Half Men. He co-created Neon (2023).
Searle received Primetime Emmy nominations for his work on Only Murders in the Building.
