Biography
Maxime Lahaie is a film and television editor, also credited as Maxime Lahaie-Denis. She edited episodes of the HBO series Big Little Lies (2017–2019) and the limited series Sharp Objects (2018), receiving Primetime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing for a Limited Series or Movie for both.
Lahaie has edited a range of television series and feature films, including Halo (2022), Ride Above (2022), Bones of Crows (2022) and Little Bird (2023). For the latter she won a Canadian Screen Award for Best Picture Editing, Drama. Earlier credits include assistant editor roles on The Colony (2013) and Demolition (2015).
