Biography
Maxwell Perry Cotton is an American actor. Born on 7 May 2000 in San Diego, California, he began acting at the age of six.
He is known for playing Cooper Whedon in the television series Brothers & Sisters (2006–2011) and for film roles including Billy in Mr. Popper's Penguins (2011), Joey Campbell in Like Dandelion Dust (2009), Young Max in Elysium (2013) and Keeler's Son in Gangster Squad (2013). He is the older brother of actor Mason Vale Cotton.
