Biography
Mayne Berke is a production designer and art director. He is also credited as Mayne Schuyler Berke. He trained at SUNY Purchase, where he earned a degree in lighting design, and holds a master's degree in art direction from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. He began working in scenic design for film in the 1990s.
Berke's production design credits include The Princess Diaries (2001), S.W.A.T. (2003), Taxi (2004), Sylvie's Love (2020) and Outlaw Johnny Black (2023). Earlier art direction work encompasses From Dusk Till Dawn (1996), Four Rooms (1995) and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze (1991). He served as production designer on Motor City (2025).
