Biography
Megan Burns (born 25 June 1986) is an English actress and musician, also known by the stage name Betty Curse. Born in Liverpool, she began acting after her grandmother sent her to drama classes at the age of 11. She made her film debut as Teresa in Liam (2000), for which she won the Marcello Mastroianni Award at the Venice Film Festival.
Director Danny Boyle cast her as Hannah in 28 Days Later (2002). She later appeared in the short film In2ruders (2018). As Betty Curse, she released the album Hear Lies in 2006 on Island Records and performed on a Halloween special of the children's television programme The Slammer.
