Biography
Megan Park (born 24 July 1986) is a Canadian actress, director and writer. She began her career as a performer and gained prominence as Grace Bowman in the ABC Family series The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2008–2013).
Park made her feature directorial debut with The Fallout (2021), which she also wrote; the film won the Grand Jury Prize and Audience Award at South by Southwest. She followed this with My Old Ass (2024), which she wrote and directed. In 2026 she created, wrote and directed the Prime Video series Sterling Point.
She has been married to singer Tyler Hilton since 2015.
