Biography
Melina Matthews is a Spanish actress. Born in Barcelona in 1986 to a Welsh father and a French mother, she studied investigative journalism at the University of Westminster in London before training at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
She made her screen debut in Savage Grace (2007). Subsequent film roles include Mama (2013), Silencio (2018), Official Competition (2021) and The Room Next Door (2024), in which she played a lawyer. Television credits include Warrior Nun (2020) as Sister Shannon, La peste (2019) and A Different View (2019). She has also presented at the Sitges Film Festival.
