Biography
Melody Nosipho Niemann is an actress born in Johannesburg, South Africa, on 24 September 2010. She began acting at the age of five with commercials before moving into television and film roles.
She is known for playing Jojo in Sonic the Hedgehog (2020) and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2022). Other film credits include Spontaneous (2020) as Baby Tess and Upside-Down Magic (2020) as Young Nory. Television work includes appearances in DC's Legends of Tomorrow (as Young Astra), Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, and Hallmark films such as A Gingerbread Romance (2018) and A Family Christmas Gift (2019).
Niemann has received several nominations and awards for her performances, including a Joey Award for her role in Sonic the Hedgehog.
