Biography
Menachem Binetski (also credited as Minachem Binetski or Menahem Binetzki) was a director, writer and producer. He began his career in Israel, directing and writing the films From the Other Side (1970) and Free Man's Blood or the Sykariki (1970), as well as Mother's Visit (1969).
He later directed episodes of American television series including three episodes of L.A. Law (1990–1991), three of Knots Landing (1991–1992), two of Class of '96 (1993) and two of Babylon 5 (1995–1996). One of his L.A. Law episodes was included in TV Guide's list of the 100 greatest episodes of all time. Binetski taught at the California Institute of the Arts and was among the first Israelis to work in Los Angeles television.
