Biography
Michael Anderson Jr. is an English actor. Born Michael Joseph Anderson Jr. on 6 August 1943 in Hillingdon, Middlesex, he is the son of film director Michael Anderson. He trained in drama and ballet at the Arts Educational School in London and began appearing in films in the late 1950s.
Anderson's early screen credit includes the role of Sean Carmody in the 1960 film The Sundowners. He later appeared in The Sons of Katie Elder (1965), Major Dundee (1965), The Greatest Story Ever Told (1965) and Logan's Run (1976), in which he played Doc. On television he co-starred in the 1966–67 series The Monroes and had guest roles in series including Murder, She Wrote, Magnum, P.I. and Highlander: The Series.
