Biography
Michael B. Hoggan is a film and television editor, writer and director. He worked on the series Miami Vice (1984) as editor across multiple episodes, co-wrote the episode "French Twist" with Jaron Summers, directed "The Cell Within", served as story editor on numerous episodes and as associate producer on two.
Hoggan has edited episodes of Sliders (1995), Crusade (1999), Early Edition and other series. He has received Primetime Emmy nominations for his work. As of 2024 he is a professor of film production at California State University, Northridge.
