Biography
Michael De Guzman is an American screenwriter. He wrote the screenplay for the film Jaws: The Revenge (1987), directed by Joseph Sargent and based on characters created by Peter Benchley.
De Guzman also contributed teleplays to the anthology series Amazing Stories (1986, two episodes). His other credits include numerous television films such as Hidden in America (1996), Caroline? (1990), The Angel of Pennsylvania Avenue (1996) and Red Earth, White Earth (1989). He has received Primetime Emmy nominations for his writing.
