Biography
Michael Novick is a producer and entertainment executive. He began his career in New York, appearing in commercials, off-Broadway and regional theatre productions, and independent films. In 2008 he pitched a script to Ryan Murphy that became the television series Glee; Novick served as a producer on the show from 2009 to 2010.
Novick founded Novick Entertainment in 2013. He has produced the feature film We the Kings (2018) and the podcast series Erased: The Murder of Elma Sands (2023). He received a Primetime Emmy nomination for his work on Glee, which also won a Peabody Award, two Golden Globe Awards for Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy, and a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.
