Biography
Michael Oates Palmer is a television writer and producer. He contributed stories and served as a staff writer on The West Wing during its fourth and fifth seasons (2002–2003).
Palmer wrote episodes of Shark (2006–2007), for which he also acted as co-producer. His other writing credits include episodes of Blind Justice (2005), In Justice (2006), Kyle XY (2006), Army Wives (2007), Cupid (2009), Rubicon (2010) and Crossbones (2014). He has produced series including Cupid, Rubicon, Crossbones and Condor (2018–2020).
