Biography
Michael Sparber is a lighting artist and cinematographer who worked at Pixar Animation Studios. He began his career there in the mid-2000s and contributed to numerous feature films in lighting roles.
His credits include lighting artist on Cars (2006), master lighting artist on Ratatouille (2007) and Brave (2012), lighting lead on Monsters University (2013) and Inside Out (2015), and co-director of photography for lighting on Cars 3 (2017). He later worked as director of photography for lighting on the short Float (2019) and lighting lead on Soul (2020).
