Biography
Mick Taylor, also credited as Michael Kevin Taylor, is an English musician and guitarist. He was a member of John Mayall's Bluesbreakers from 1967 to 1969 and joined the Rolling Stones in 1969, remaining until 1974.
Taylor appeared as himself in the 1970 documentary film Gimme Shelter. He contributed guitar to several Rolling Stones albums, including Let It Bleed (1969), Sticky Fingers (1971) and Exile on Main St. (1972). He was born on 17 January 1949 in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
