Biography
Mikayla LaShae Bartholomew is an American actress and activist. She is known for her role as Tunde Price in the 2021 film King Richard and as Destiny in the television series Bel-Air (2022).
Bartholomew holds a BFA in theatre performance from Virginia Commonwealth University. She received a Special Tony Award in 2020 as part of the Broadway Advocacy Coalition and has worked in stage productions including at Signature Theatre and the National Black Theatre. Other screen credits include the short films Dear Mama (2022), Pure (2021) and Grace (2024).
She is also an Artist Ambassador at the New York Civil Liberties Union and has contributed to advocacy initiatives in the theatre industry.
