Biography
Miles Caton (born 3 March 2005) is an American actor and musician from Brooklyn, New York City. He began performing as a child, singing in gospel settings and gaining early attention after a video of him performing Nina Simone's 'Feeling Good' went viral and was sampled by Jay-Z.
Caton made his feature film debut as Sammie Moore, also known as Preacherboy, in Ryan Coogler's horror film Sinners (2025). He performed several songs in the film and on its soundtrack. For the role he received the Critics' Choice Movie Award for Best Young Performer and was nominated for the BAFTA Rising Star Award.
