Biography
Milly Alcock is an Australian actress. Born Amelia May Alcock on 11 April 2000 in Sydney, she began her career with small roles in Australian television series including A Place to Call Home (2013), Pine Gap (2018) and Reckoning (2019). She dropped out of Newtown High School of the Performing Arts to take a lead role in the Foxtel comedy-drama Upright (2019–2022), for which she received an AACTA Award nomination.
Alcock gained wider recognition for portraying young Rhaenyra Targaryen in the HBO series House of the Dragon (2022–2024). She plays Simone DeWitt in the 2025 Netflix series Sirens and stars as Kara Zor-El / Supergirl in the DC Universe, with an uncredited appearance in Superman (2025) followed by the lead role in Supergirl (2026).
